PEGAS contributes to brewmaster education
The Novosibirskprodmash Company collaborates with Doemens Academy, Munich, Germany. This is a state-approved international educational institution which comprises the Academy for Brewery and Beverage Technology, the Faculty for Brew Masters as well as the qualifying courses for beverage plant masters, food masters and beverage business managers.
Michael Eder, International Courses Manager, offered to demonstrate the benefits of the PEGAS device during seminars for North American students as it is of scientific interest for the Academy and of true practical use for his students. The PEGAS device was installed in the Academy’s microbrewery.
Also we provide the Academy with specially designed teaching materials illustrating isobaric dispensing based on the backpressure method which is applied in PEGAS. The Academy is also interested in our current developments such as PEGAS for fast dispensing in a beer glass and PEGAS for foam-free dispensing in glass bottles. Our company highly appreciates this mutually beneficial cooperation.
