Ongoing beer wastage makes draft beer sales considerably less profitable than they could be. Sellers can lose up to 25% of beer in a keg for foam. It means that they lose 25% of their profit from each keg. Due to the foam-control option, PEGAS reduces beer wastage to a minimum and increases a keg yield up to 97-98%.

PEGAS provides a hygienic bottle-filling indeed

Contrary to traditional draft systems that fill containers from the bottom, PEGAS provides laminar bottle filling with beverage flowing along the internal surface of the bottle. Thus, the PEGAS device has no contact with the beverage. It gives a much more hygienic way of filling.
