PEGAS CrafTap: proved quality and efficiency
Novosibirskprodmash company will demonstrate its unique beer dispenser PEGAS CrafTap at the BRAU Beviale’10 exhibition in Germany. PEGAS CrafTap beer dispenser has proved to be a cost effective manual system for filling draft beer into glass bottles. The first European customers have already evaluated the quality and efficiency of the product.
The Brau Beviale in Nuremberg, November, 10-12, is one of the most important European trade fairs for the production and marketing of beer and soft drinks. There are expected to be around 1.400 exhibitors, 40 % of them international, and more than 34.000 trade visitors this year. The Novosibirskprodmash will take part at this show for the third time (starting from 2007) and exhibit its beer dispensing system PEGAS CrafTap this year.
The PEGAS CrafTap draft beer dispenser is the result of the thorough analysis of the market needs for affordable systems that will combine the advantages of automatic machines and hand units. The sales of this system started in April, 2010. Microbreweries from Germany, Czech Republic, Finland, Israel, etc. are already using the PEGAS CrafTap, and they all are very much satisfied with the filling procedure and beer saving the CrafTap provides. Along with end-users of the product, professional European beer equipment suppliers having tested the system also point out its high quality and excellent consumer properties. Thus, a common opinion is that due to the obvious benefits the system provides to the end-user it will be in high demand on the European market.
The advantages that European customers point out are the following: foam-free dispensing and elimination of beer wastage as its main consequence, high filling speed, preservation of beer saturation with CO2, hygienic filling, that is, the properties usually characteristic of automatic filling lines. At the same time the CrafTap is a manual system that needs only little space for installation and is capable of filling glass bottles of various sizes. Being a manual system, the CrafTap is an affordable dispenser that does not ask for big investments or additional installation and maintenance costs. In other words, it combines the main benefits of automatic and manual systems.
