Gwangju International Food Industry Fair ‘07 (South Korea)
In November 2007 the Novosibirskprodmash Company participated in Food and Drinks Trade Fair which was held in Gwangju, South Korea. It was our 4th international exhibition. We have introduced the PEGAS device for foam-free dispensing of beer and other aerated drinks from kegs into plastic bottles. Most of visitors were from South Korea, although exhibitors from Australia have also expressed their interest to our product and visited our booth.

Gwangju Food Industry Fair 2007 was our first step to reach the Korean market and to understand its needs. Our company had an aim to introduce our PEGAS device mainly to the representatives of the retail chains. We were lucky to find companies that got interested in the idea of becoming our distributors in South Korea. They really see the future of our product in their country.

100% of the visitors have never seen such a device as our PEGAS, and they were eager to learn the principles of its work. Many people were impressed that our device really reduces wastage of beer or other drinks and solves the problems with beer dispensing.

Due to this exhibition we came to the following important conclusions:
- The advantages of dispensing through PEGAS are considerable not only for the Russian market, but for the South Korean market as well. Visitors of our booth have realized the benefits of drinks retail trade using our device: costs reduction, convenience, and efficient space usage. Thousands of delivery services in South Korea have got the opportunity of supplying their clients with fresh, top quality beer very quickly and without product wastage.
- In South Korea there exist special standards of beer equipment. So we need to modify our device because we care about our clients’ convenience.
- We need to continue active promotion of our product, as the idea of drinks retail trade with PEGAS is a brand new opportunity for many market players to get profit.
