Benefits for End Consumers
- PEGAS keeps beer quality better
The results of an independent laboratory analysis show that:
After dispensing unfiltered beer with a conventional beer tap:
- The beer is characterized by an inadmissibly high level of O2 at the moment of dispensing, a decreasing share of CO2, and aerobic micro flora propagating during 7 days of keeping the beer in a bottle.
After dispensing unfiltered beer with PEGAS:
- The saturation of beer with CO2 is kept the same in the bottle as it is in a keg or a tank.
- The share of oxygen does not exceed the one in a keg/tank and amounts to 20ppb (0.020 mg/ltr)
- Within one day after dispensing beer is preserved from irrelevant micro flora and its microbiological composition remains unchangeable.
- The level of CO2 and O2 in the beer remains normal during 7 days which proves the preservation of beverage quality.
After dispensing and sealing a bottle with a cap the quality of beer is kept for 7-14 days.
